Question A
How council meeting minutes may be kept
Wicomico County · decided by Wicomico County voters · 2026-11-03
What it is
Wicomico's charter currently requires council meeting minutes to be typed out by hand. This would let the Council Administrator keep them as written minutes, as digital recordings, or as a combination of the two.
It is an administrative change rather than a change in what the council does. What is at stake is the form the public record takes.
What your vote does

The Council Administrator may keep minutes as written text, as digital recordings, or both.
